Preparation:
Heat wok on high heat until hot, add oil, get hot, add the beef and cook until desired doneness. Let cool.
Combine ingredients in sauce and mix well.
Add the beef to the sauce and mix well.
Toss salad ingredients, add the beef and sauce mixture, and toss again.
