Preparation:
take a 4 cup cuntainer with (mesurements)and get 4 cups of pitted cherrys. Fill it. Next blend or chop the cherrys in a blender or in the container.till you get 4 cups of lumpy cherry liquid. Then take the box of pectin and pour it in to a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. set a timer for 30 minutes. Do not touch or stir it till the timer goes. then stir heavily for 3 minutes. then pour into jars. |
