Preparation:
peel and cut apples and put in a bowl of water to stop them going off. then leave them in the water and put the flour in a mixing bowl then chop up the butter and rub the flour and the sugar into each other. then add the white sugar while mixing.
put the apple into a cassarol dish putting the brown sugar on top. then put the crumble on top and put in overn checking every 5 minutes. |
