Preparation:
Cook chicken and onion in 1/2 cup babeque sauce until chicken is no longer pink. Set aside. Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into a 13 inch circle. Place in a 12 inch pizza pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes. Remove from oven. spread with remaining 1/2 cup barbeque sauce. Top with chicken, onion, peppers, mushrooms and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes. |
