This is a Florida staple at many local restaurants and popular with locals and visitors. It is simple and absolutely delicious. Serve as an appetizer, at a buffet table or as a bar snack. You will delight your guests. |

Ingredients:

white albacore tuna, well drained |

Tablespoons |
Liquid Smoke |

Tablespoons |
Light Mayo (I use Hellmans Real Mayo) or enough to blend |

Tablespoon |
Creamy Horseradish |
2 |
Tablespoons |
Fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste |

hot sauce |

Preparation:
Mix these together tuna and Liquid Smoke and set aside for 30 min. or more before adding remaining ingredients. Blend together well. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers, veggies. |
