Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 425 F. In 9 inch round cake pan or 8 inch square baking
pan melt butter in oven.
2. In large bowl combing cornmeal, flour baking powder, Italian
seasoning and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and pepperoni.
3. In small bowl combine milk, sour cream and egg. Add to cornmeal
mixture with melted butter; stir just until moistened.
4. Spoon batter into pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden
brown. Immediately sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve Warm. |
