Preparation:
1. saute red onion, wild mushrooms, leeks, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper. set aside. 2. preheat oven and pizza stone to 475ΓΈ. 3. stretch or roll dough to desired size and thickness. 4. brush with olive oil, leaving an edge around for the crust. 5. dissolve tangy coconut ginger soup mix in coconut milk and spread over dough. 6. spread basil, parsley and garlic over pizza. 7. distribute sauteed vegetables evenly over pizza. 8. season with salt and pepper. 9. sprinkle cheddar cheese over pizza. 10. sprinkle pizza stone with corn meal. 11. slide pizza onto stone and bake until golden, approximately 15 minutes. |
