Preparation:
1. On lightly floured surfact roll out pastry and fit into 11 inch tart or quiche pan; refrigerate 20 minute. Prick bottm with fork; line with foil and fill with pie weights. Bake at 375 for 10 minues or until just golden. Let cool.
2. Meanwhil ein large skillet melt butter over medium low heat; cok leeks, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes or until softened. Let cookl.
3. Brush cooled pasty shell with mustard; spread leeks over top. Sprinkle with bacon.
4. Whisk together eggs, whipping and light creams, pepper and salt. Pour over bacon and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until golden. |
