Preparation:
In a saut‚ pan, saut‚ the shallots in olive oil for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saut‚ for about one minute, adding more oil if necessary. Add the garlic, saut‚ for 30 seconds and then add the white wine. Cook for another minute. Fold in the sweet basil; season with salt and pepper to taste; remove and let cool. |
