Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Heat chocolate and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Stir in coffee mix and orange peel; cool slightly. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
2. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating after each addition, until smooth.
3. Beat egg whites in medium bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Pour into pan.
4. Bake 42 to 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely. Frost with Orange Cappuccino Frosting. |
