3/4 cup peanut oil
1 tablespoon crushed red chiles
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
 

Preparation:

heat oil to 375 degrees add crushed red chiles and sesame oil remove from heat, cool cover and allow to rest for 2-3 days serve at room temperature
