1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup farina
1 large egg
2 teaspoons milk
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a mixer bowl beat on a medium speed for 1-2 minutes, until blended-scraping bowl often form into 1-inch balls drop into hot broth and simmer until they float serve hot
