Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the squash, cut-side down, in a 9x13" baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet, melt the margarine. Saute' the onion until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in the apples, celery and raisins; cook, stirring frequently, until the apples are soft, 5-6 minutes. Div ide the filling among the squash. Re-cover with the foil and bake until the squash is soft and the filling is lightly browne |
