Preparation:
1, sieve the cottage cheese, stir in the yoghurt and honey and place in a freezer-proof container.
2, freeze for 1 hour, until semi-frozen. Whisk to break up the ice crystals. Fold in the cheeries
Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm. Serve scoops in individual dishes, with a few strawberries to decorate if you wish. |
