Basic Wheat Flour Master Mix

Ingredients:

4 cups wheat flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups shortening
4 cups white flour
4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups powdered milk
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and cut in shortening. Store in refrigerator. To use with "Quick Mix Biscuits" and "Quick Mix Cinnamon Rolls."
