Bran Muffins 4

Ingredients:

3 ounces bran -- (bran flakes)
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup raisins
4 teaspoons lactancia reduced-calorie margarine
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Combine bran flakes and milk; stir until soggy. Add raisins. In a separate bowl, melt margarine and brown sugar; add to bran flakes mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Divide mixture into 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
