Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In medium mixing bowl combine flour, cheese, green onions, and baking
powder;
set aside.
Using a wire whisk, in separate bowl combine milk and oil; add eggs and beat
until combined. Stir into flour mixture; fold in rice (mixture will be
lumpy;
do not beat or overmix).
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
dry.
