Paula's Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Coambine all ingredients and stir until moistened. Don't over mix! Fold in raisins and/or nuts if you'd like them. In conventional oven bake at 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes. In microwave oven - using a microwave safe muffin pan, fill paper muffin cups half full. Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, turning the pan every 45 seco
