Preparation:
Heat oven to 350øF. Grease or line 12 muffin cups with paper bake cups. In medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, oil and banana; stir just until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips and pecans. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. |
