Preparation:
Place butter in small bowl. Soften in microwave if needed. Mix in thyme. Place skinned fillets flat in shallow baking dish. Spread softened thyme and butter on fish. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Cook on Full Power, covered with plastic, 5 minutes or so giving a half turn after 2 1/2 minutes. Cook until fish is beginning to flake. Time will vary with different thicknesses of fillets. Sprinkle with almonds. |
