Preparation:
1. Drain pineapple into a measuring cup; add enough water to measure 3/4 cup.
2. Pour into a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
3. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved; remove from heat
4. Puree 2 bananas in container of electric blender.
5. Add sour cream and drained pineapple; cover; process until smooth.
6. Slowly add gelatin; cover; process 10 seconds.
7. Pour into metal bowl; chill until slightly thickened.
8. Slice remaining banana; fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
9. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; chill until set. |
