Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cointreau
5 large eggs -- separated
2 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation:

1. Melt together chocolate, sugar and Cointreau; stir until smooth. 2. Beat in egg yolks and butter; cool. 3. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; fold into chocolate mixture. 4. Chill in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
