Ingredients:

corn -- (thawed or frozen) |

beaten egg white |

nonfat milk |

teaspoons |
melted low-calorie margarine |

flour |

teaspoons |
sugar |
1/8 |
teaspoon |
paprika |
1/4 |
teaspoon |
fresh ground pepper -- to taste |

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a medium ramekin baking dish or small casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. (You can also use 2 muffin compartments of a muffin tin, but fill the remaining compartments with water before baking.)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pudding does not shake when moved and is lightly brown on top.
