Preparation:
1. In food processor bowl, combine Neufchatel cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and almond extracts; process until smooth. In small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 3 minutes to soften. In medium microwave-safe bowl, place chips and milk.
2. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes. Add gelatin mixture; stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Pour chip mixture into cheese mixture; process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add whipped topping; process until blended, about 1 minute.
3. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until set. Garnish with fruit, if desired. 9 servings (1/3 cup each). |
