Preparation:
Combine milk and salt; scald. Slowly add cream of rice and cook, stirriing constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 4 minutes. Stir in melted chocolate, sugar, coffee and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes or a 1 quart serving dish. Chill. If desired, serve with lightly whipped cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
