Rice Pudding 1

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup cooked rice (try not to have any water left in)
2 Cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 Cup sugar (I regularly use much less)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Put all of this into an ungreased casserole, which you put into a 325 degree oven for about 55 minutes, or until the old knife-inserted-into-the-center- comes-out-clean trick works.
