Preparation:
1 Grease and line the base of a 1 litre/1 3/4 pt microwave-proof pudding basin.
2 Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until well blended together. Pour the mixture into the prepared basin and level the top.
3 Cover the basin top with buttered greaseproof paper and then microwave clingfilm, pierced several times.
4 Microwave on medium for eight minutes and then allow to rest for five minutes before turning out on a serving plate. To reheat, microwave on medium heat for five minutes. |
