Preparation:
1. Arrange 9 crackers in bottom of 9-inch square pan.
2. Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package for pudding; fold in 1 cup topping.
3. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers in pan and top with strawberries.
4. Arrange remaining 9 crackers on berries and add remaining pudding mixture; spread remaining whipped topping over all.
5. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired; chill, then cut into squares. |
