Preparation:
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil, and bake at 250 for 15 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. Brown Mexican Breakfast Sausage in a heavy skillet,
stirring until it crumbles. Add eggs and cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, until set. Spoon 1/3 cup sausage mixture down center of each
tortilla, and roll up. Serve with hot sauce, cheese, and peppers. |
