Banana Pineapple Milk Shake

Ingredients:

2 medium ripe bananas -- cut into chunks
2 cups milk
1/3 cup crushed pineapple -- drained
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Dash ground nutmeg
4 pieces ice cubes
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process until frothy. Serve shake immediately.
