Preparation:
Place tea bag in a mug, add the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. In a small saucepan (preferably nonmetallic) place cranberry juice cocktail, cider, cinnamon stick, colves, allspice and orange peel; bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Lower heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea, discarding tea bag. Strain punch into 4 mugs; garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
