Preparation:
Whisk first 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and onion, tossing to coat. Arrange bagels, cut side up, on a baking sheet; top bagels evenly with mushroom mixture, Curry-Mustard sauce, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Curry Mustard Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, and cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Whisk in milk and remaining ingredients; cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes, or until mixture is thickened. Makes 1 1/3 cups. |
