Peanut-Cheese-Raisin Sandwiches

Ingredients:

10 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
1 tablespoon butter or margarine -- softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
 

Preparation:

Spread one side of bread slices with butter; broil 6 inches from heat until lightly browned. Set aside. Combine peanut butter and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread mixture on untoasted side of 5 bread slices; top with another slice, toasted side up.
