Preparation:
1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
2. Open pita pockets and line each with 1/4 of the cucumber slices and 1/4 of the alfalfa sprouts.
3. Fill each pocket with 1/4 of the tuna mixture. |
