Preparation:
Combine Mustard, vinegar and Pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Add ground beef and Onion Flakes; mix well. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a 1/2 inch thick patty. Sprinkle both sides of each patty evenly with Cracked Pepper; set aside. Combine mayonnaise and remaining Country Mill Mustard. Brush both sides of each onion slice with 1/4 teaspoon of the mustard mixture. Coat a grill rack with Watkins Cooking Spray and place over medium coals. Place onions on rack; cook 6 minutes on each side; set aside. Place patties on rack; cook 3 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Spread remaining mustard mixture evenly over bottom halves of buns; top with patties, onion slices, lettuce, and tops of buns. Makes 6 servings. |
