Preparation:
Wash fruit, removes stems and drain on a paper towel. Mash fruit with a potato masher and add sugar and lemon juice. Stir well and put into large bowl and freeze until ice crystals begin to form. Stir frequently, until completely frozen. Remove from freezer and slowly add the milk. Return to freezer and continue to check on it, stirring so that it will not get ice in it. When frozen, stir it all up well and gently fold in the 1-pint of whipping cream. Continue to stir every once in a while so that it will not get ice in it. |
