Snappy Cheddar

Serves: 5 cups
 

Ingredients:

2 pounds sharp cheese -- grated
12 ounces flat ginger ale or flat beer
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper -- ground
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in food processor fitted with steel chopping blade and process at HIGH speed until smooth. Transfer to a storage container. Cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, to allow time for the flavors to blend. Serve at room temperature.
