Preparation:
Combine 1 LB sliced peaches, 1 TBL lemon juice, 1/4 CUP light corn syrup, 1/2 TSP ginger, and 1/4 TSP almond extract in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Fold in 12 OZS non-dairy whipped topping and 8 OZS cranberry sauce. Freeze, covered, for 2 hours. |
