Preparation:
* you can substitute other juices or pureed fruit but keep the sugar content the same
Whip cream til peaky. Beat egg yolks til very creamy, add lemon juice and rind. Beat egg whites til stiff, gradually add sugar. (make it like a meringue mixture) Carefully fold the 3 mixtures together. Freeze
Take out of the freezer about an hour before serving - Invert onto a plate and drizzle melted chocolate over the top |
