Preparation:
In heavy 2- quart saucepan, stir together the cocoa, granulated sugar,
brown sugar, coffee granules, and cream. Place over medium heat. Stir until
sugars dissolve. Heat to boiling, stirring, over medium to high heat. Boil
1 minute. Add butter. Beat until butter is blended into the sauce. Remove
from the heat. Add the vanilla. Serve warm, or at room temperature. Garnish
with chopped nuts |
