Preparation:
1. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar in medium bowl; mix well.
2. Press over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate; place in freezer.
Filling 1. Combine half-and-half and sugar in bowl of electric mixer; beat 2 minutes.
2. Add orange juice concentrate, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat 1 minute.
3. Add softened ice cream; beat 2 minutes longer.
4. Pour into prepared pie crust; freeze several hours or overnight.
5. Garnish with whipped cream and orange sections, if desired. |
