Preparation:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large saucepan; stir in milk.
2. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture boils; boil, stirring, 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat. Blend a small amount of mixture into eggs; return egg mixture to saucepan.
4. Blend in vanilla, light cream and heavy cream; chill.
5. Fill ice cream freezer container two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's direction |
