Preparation:
Put Clabber in mixing bowl, soften with a whisk, and slowly add the milk while stirring. Stir in the preserves. Chill mixture in cooler for a few hours, then put into ice cream machine. When mix is firm enough to spoon, pour into a chilled container and freeze. Avoid over-working the mixture, or you'll make strawberry butter!
