Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation:

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth. Chill and toss with your favorite salad greens.
