Preparation:
soak the apricots in the chicken broth for 1-2 hours heat the butter in a large skillet, over a medium flame add the onions, heat and stir for 3-4 minutes add the celery, heat and stir for 5-6 minutes remove from heat combine the onion mixture, cornbread, and breadcrumbs-mix well add the salt, pepper, and sage-mix well add the eggs, broth, and apricots-mix well spoon into a baking pan bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until golden serve hot |
