Preparation:
To make dressing, in food processor with metal knife or blender, puree oranges. Add oil, sugar, salt, vinegar and hot pepper sauce and process until pureed. (Dressing may be refrigerated up to 4 days.) In a medium bowl, toss spinach, sunflower seeds or pecans, oranges and onion slices with dressing. Serve immediately.
