Preparation:
In food processor or blender, process all ingredients until blended; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired, with additional cracked black pepper and serve with assorted fresh vegetables, cracker and breads.
Substitution: Use 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
Substitution: Use 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves.
