Date Spread - Sugar Free

Ingredients:

8 Medium medium-sized dates -- pitted
1 cup water or unsweetened fruit juice
 

Preparation:

Blend dates in a food processor or blender until thick and pasty. Gradually add water or fruit juice, using just enough to dilute mixture to desired consistency.
