Shrimp Spread

Serves: 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients:

4 1/2 ounces shrimp drained and rinsed -- chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 medium green onion with tops -- finely chopped
12 medium pimiento-stuffed olives -- chopped
1 large hard-cooked egg -- chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 cup mayonnaise
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve on bread.
