Ingredients:

5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
5 tablespoons soy flour
1 1/2 tablespoons runny honey
1/2 large egg yolk
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk to mix
 

Preparation:

A fairly soft, chewy biscuit which is good for gnawing on! 1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding just enough milk to make a stiff dough. 2. On a floured surface roll out to 1/4" thick and cut into fingers. 3. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 min at 350F. When cool store in an airtight container.
